In his wisdom and grace, God has given us one day of every week to rest from the busyness of our work and the concerns of the world to gather with his people and renew our focus on him.  We hope you will take advantage of this gift, and make plans to join us this coming Sunday, July 1st, at First Presbyterian Church of Pooler.

On Sunday Morning, we will have a Prayer Meeting (9:30-9:50am), Sunday School for all ages (10-10:45am), and Morning Worship (11am-Noon). In Morning Worship, Rev. Fender will continue his series on the book of Ephesians, looking this week at Ephesians 4:15 and Paul’s words about “speaking the truth in love” to one another. We will also observe the Lord’s Supper in Morning Worship. For a helpful summary of the Lord’s Supper from a Reformed perspective, you could read John Calvin’s essay, “A Short Treatise on the Supper of Our Lord.”

On Sunday Evening, we will gather for our monthly Fellowship Meal at 6pm. The meal for this month is taco salad. The meal is $4 per person, or $10 per family.
